Click "CREATE MY ACCOUNT" if you do not have an account for the Maryland Wear & Carry Handgun Permit (MD WCHP) to create your Maryland State Police Department profile. Upon profile completion, click "START HGP" and complete all requirements. This will also serve as the site for MD WCHP/HGP renewal. Contact your Instructor if assistance is needed. 

Click "CREATE MY ACCOUNT" if you do not have an account for the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (MD HQL) to create your Maryland State Police Police Department profile. Upon proflie completion, click "START HQL" to create your HQL profile. When you click "START HQL", the following image/page will open:

For new users, click either "Create User Account" or "Click her to create an account". This will also serve as the site for the MD HQL renewal. Contact your instructor if assistance is needed.
