Once application is complete, mail the FBI Blue Hard Card (FD-258) Fingerprint Card to:

* Clearly write your online application tracking number on the fingerprint card before mailing.

** Fingerprint card must be received by FDACS within 90-days of your online application submission. If not recieved within alloted time, application will be rejected as incomplete.

After mailing your application, either the initial or renewal, allow approximately 4-6 weeks from the date on which you submitted your application to check your application status.
